I reached out to them after the New Year, and they were super accommodating with the exchange. Communicating through email was lightning fast; I even got a response on a Sunday morning, and I hadn’t sent my message until late Saturday night! The replacement charger showed up in just a few days. They are incredibly polite and patient. It's refreshing to work with a business that truly values its customer service. Kudos to them!
